The rear entrance to one of the branch's 2025 Good Beer Guide pubs has been put out of action.

A car has damaged one of the windows of the rear lounge of The Jolly Crispin in Clarence Street, Upper Gornal.

The incident happened when the pub was open and fortunately no one was injured.

A date for the repairs has yet to be confirmed.

The pub, part of the RoJo Pubs chain, is opening as normal but entry to the lounge is temporarily by a side door.

The men's toilets can only be accessed from the bar area and beer garden until the repairs have been carried out.
