Changes in Dudley
Saturday 25 April 2026
A Dudley town centre pub has reopened and is once again serving real ale.
The Court House in New Street was a Black Country Ales pub until its closure in January.
It opened again under new owner Kian Shendi on Saturday, April 18 as an independent with Nicola Skidmore as manager.
The Court House is to offer four changing real ales and will be open 12 noon to 12 midnight every day.
A new addition is a pool table in the main bar and the pub will offer sports TV.
The function room upstairs is available for hire.
Neighbouring town centre independent pub The Old Priory, also in New Street, has also recently reopened.
Licensee Tammy Grainger says it will soon be offering one real ale again.
