A number of pubs will be putting on special beers for the Mild in May event on Saturday, May 9.

The branch has teamed up with the Wolverhampton CAMRA branch to run the regional event.

Both branches are celebrating 50 years in 2026.

Mild in May is utilising the No 1 bus route from Dudley to Tettenhall so that people can visit pubs selling mild without needing to drive.

In Sedgley the Mount Pleasant/Stump in High Street is opening specially from 12 noon and will be offering Holderness Dark, a 4.3 per cent classic mild from Great Newsome Brewery, near Hull.

The Stripey Oss micro bar in The Arcade, Upper Gornal will have Eric, a new mild from Dudley's Ickle Brewery.
