Opening 4th July 2020. Entrance to the pub will be via the gate on the car park, from there arrows will be marked guiding you down the slope and into the back door. Exits will be through the front door. Having the entrance at the rear will allow a safer system as ques won’t be along the high street. Limited numbers, a strict rule where once the tables and chairs are full there will be no access until a table becomes available (there will also be no seating at the bar). There will be a greeter at the entrance who will direct you to seats and explain how things will work, they will also provide high chairs if needed. The largest party is 6. Drop off tables for dirty glasses will be marked around the pub, customers to put any empty glasses on these tables so staff can safely remove and wash glasses. Markings will be based on the floor when queuing for the bar to ensure social distancing measures are met. Markings on the floor to clearly show a one way system around the pub to ensure distancing measures are met. Children’s playground at the rear of the pub will also be off limits. The kitchen will not be open at first.
